Life Time Variances Between AC/DC Fan:
In general, a fan's lifespan depends upon its application and where it is used. Therefore, when designing long lifespan industrial fans, it takes sophisticated designs and superior material, including dual ball bearings, motors and coils, and the tests for them would be stricter. For example, excellent series of dual ball bearing AC fan/DC fan would be tested in a hot environment (40 degrees) for at least 2,208 hours. On the other hand, Standard Series of dual bearing DC fan would be tested in less than 40 degrees for 1,944 hours.

When designing axial DC fans, their temperature and humidity tolerance capabilities would be considered depending on each region's weather condition. Furthermore, every component's accuracy, and the quality of lubricant would be a concerned as well. As a result, Excellence Series is more adequate for fans that require high temperature and humidity tolerances.
